Take 5-6 eggs and boil and feel it.

Take a pan/bowl pour some oil and add onion and fry it turns into golden brownish colour. Remove onion into separate plate.

Keep the eggs with small cut into the bowl fry with 1/4 tsp of turmeric and 1/4 tsp of chilli powder.

Remove eggs and add biryani masala into the bowl and saute for a while and add garlic paste and saute for a while.

Take tomatoes puree add into it and saute for a while, add 1/2 tsp chilli powder, pinch turmeric,coriander powder, garam masala.

Also add 1/2 cup curd+fried onion+green chilli+pudina+coriander leaves+salt+fried eggs.

Take a bowl, 2 cups of ahaaram biryani rice and wash it.Take another bowl add 4 cups of water and masala into it+salt+1 tsp lemon juice+ghee oil+add rice until cook for 75%.

Now transfer the rice into egg bowl with fried onion and coriander leaves.
