1 Cup of Ahaaram rice+1 cup moong dal+clean it and soak it for 30 minutes.

Take a cooker add 1 1/2 tsp of oil+masala+cumin and saute it well

Add onion and fry into golden colour+add ginger garlic paste +green chilli fry it well.

Add chopped tomato and fry it for few minutes

Add 1/4tsp turmeric+1/2 tsp chilli powder+salt+1/4 tsp coriander powder+1/2 tsp garam masala and fry it on low flame.

Add soaked rice and dal into bowl and add 6 cups of water + add coriander leaves. close the lid for for 2 whistle in medium flame

Then open the lid add 1 cup hot water+handful of kasuri methi+coriander leaves cook it for a while(5 min)

Take a pan pour oil into it add chopped garlic fry it+dried red chilli+1/4 tsp hing+1/2 tsp red chilli powder+1/2 tsp cumin+and fry it at low flame.

Then add this mixture into the the dal and mix it well.
